1. Service Agreement

JiropetConsult provides legal consulting services for corporate, commercial, employment, and litigation matters in Germany. All services are provided by qualified legal professionals in accordance with German law and professional regulations.

2. Fees & Payment

Service fees are quoted individually based on scope and complexity. Invoices are issued upon service delivery and are payable within 14 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with German law.

3. Confidentiality & Attorney-Client Privilege

All client communications and information shared with JiropetConsult are protected by attorney-client privilege and confidentiality obligations under German law. We do not disclose client information to third parties without explicit written consent, except where legally required.

4. Limitation of Liability

JiropetConsult's liability is limited to direct damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost profit damages resulting from our services.

5. Intellectual Property

All legal documents, opinions, and work product created for clients remain the property of the client upon full payment. Our methodologies and templates remain our intellectual property.

6. Data Protection (GDPR)

We process personal data in compliance with the GDPR and German data protection laws. Data is used solely for service delivery and legal compliance. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by German law. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through the courts of Düsseldorf, Germany.

8. Amendments

JiropetConsult reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon publication on this website.
